Audio calls

Ciao a tutti, ho notato che l'audio delle chiamate senza ausilio del viva voce è molto basso. Credo che possa dipendere da qualche aggiornamento visto che prima si sentiva meglio. A qualcuno è capitato e ha trovato una soluzione? Grazie

Hello everyone, I noticed that the audio of the calls without the aid of the speakerphone is very low. I think it may depend on some updates since it felt better before. Has anyone happened and found a solution? Thank you - GT

Hi yes I called Sony as soon as I did the pie update because lots of things went wrong with the phone as soon as it was done and not only with the way it looks (see separate thread for this issue ). 

I also am having a sound issue and and in call sound issue which is terrible . Started noticing that as soon as I was making or receiving calls 70 % of them loose  volume completely for the receiver and they can't hear me at all and ppl are ending important calls et because of this. Also audio quality is great reduced esp in calls , disappearing completely frequently this is unacceptable Sony !!!! We need a fix my phone is Xz1 and know lots of other people are reporting lots of issues with several models,  it's crucial this gets fixed or we can't continue to use our phones !!
