Android Oreo(Mobile data has run out)

Hi Sony! After updating to oreo, the mobile data shuts down on its own, followed by the notif "mobile data has ran out" the problem is our carrier allows us to use some apps like facebook,messenger, etc. even after consuming all the data package. Hoping you can fix this in the next update. Thank you!

Do you still encounter this if you remove the limit? To do that, follow the below steps:

Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage > Mobile data usage > tap the cogwheel and make sure that "Set data limit" is turned off.

Yes, I also tried turning the data limit off, but still the problem persists.

anybody can still connect on his 0 data plan , i still cant.

is no apn problem. or vpn

cause when i have mb can navigate normally

problem came when im out of data

cant even use facebook whatsapp or messenger

dont know if Sony´s or Google problem
