Android 9 update issues

I have a very bad problem, yesterday i updated my xz premium to Android 9, and i was so exited then i realized sometime my phone show no picture and no music (in music and album app, Google play music,) and my phone keep saying nothing, i try clearing data and restart and safe mode! But nothing! (there're music and photos and videos in my both sd card and internal) but bizarre thing is that my file manager can load my files! While my phone can't, please help! And another thing all of my Playlists are gone! I worked on them like dayz! ThAnK U SoNy

I had a problem whit the wifi I didn't on I needed do a fabric reset and all bugs were fixed
