Android 9.0 XZ2 problem with update.

Before update on Android Pie all was in Serbian ,now sistem on Serbian apps on English. 

Anyone can help me to fix this ?

Maybe it helps to set your language to English, restart, set your language to Serbian, restart and see if it resolved the problem.

I try, still same. But when I set on Croatian all is on Croatian, only with Serbian have that problem.
