Jedesmal, nachdem der "Nicht-stören-Modus" aktiviert war klingelt der Wecker nicht richtig. Man hört den Weckton ganz leise im Hintergrund und dazu nur ein leises Buub-Buub bzw. Brummen. Man kann über die Lautstärkeregelung in den Einstellungen auswählen was man will, es bleibt alles gleich. Erst ein Neustart des Gerätes bringt hier Abhilfe und der Wecker funktioniert wie gewohnt. Das ist nervig, weil ich das Hsndy in der Arbeit nicht benutzen darf und ich es eh ausschalte. Trotzden habe ich jedesmal das Problem mit dem Wecker weil er nicht wie gewohnt klingelt. Ich habe keine Lust, das Handy immer neu starten zu müssen um eine einfache Funktion, die bisher auf jedem meiner vorherigen Geräte ohne Probleme funktioniert hat.

The Do Not Disturb-mode has changed a bit in Android Pie. In previous versions of Android you were able to customize the DND mode directly through the quick settings, In Android Pie the customization is done in the regular device settings. Have you checked whether the alarms are muted or not in the DND- settings? To check this, Go to Settings > Sound > Do not disturb > Sound and vibration.
As for the alarms not ringing as usual, is it re-occurring alarms that do not ring as usual? One thing that you can try is to clear data for the clock app handling the alarms. This will reset all settings for the app in question which might do the trick. Keep in mind though that you will need to set the alarms once again afterwards.
To clear data for the clock app, find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Show all XX apps > Clock > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.
