android 9 just a few months old. Companies don't really update their apps for the new software. Thankfully google has made it so companies MUST use the newest APIs (android 8+) when they upload their apps to the playstore. So the next time your bank app receives an update,It will most likely be fixed. For the other issues - I haven't received the update myself yet so I cannot tell if it's only you,but probably not. Don't worry - Sony will definetly fix everything. Just keep your phone up to date.
