4K video skipping

I have an xz2 for less than a month and I recently recorded some 4k videos and in almost all of them there is a moment where the recording stalls and freezes and resumes.... It comes out looking like a still image while sound is still recording and then will resume movement that matches the sound. I have tried it with and without HDR and same problem. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a problem with all phones or just the one I happened to get?

Rev 4 still got the same camera unavailable issue, tho no video skipping after the latest update.

Why is this being branded as solved? I still have the camera not responding issue and video stutter after the latest update.

It was marked as solved because the OP thinks so. We also didn't get any different feedback since then. Your phone might have an isolated issue other than this general one. Try clearing the cache of your camera app (Settings -> Apps & notifications-> App info -> Camera -> Storage -> Clear data) and see if it fixes the issue.
