3d creator is not installed. How do I get it ?

Hi @bobjay, welcome to our community!

The 3D creator application should be pre-installed in your Xperia XZ2, but if it's not, you can take a look in the Google Play store, or in Settings > System > Advanced > Software update > Apps and see if it is available in this list.

@bobjay, that sounds very strange.

Could you get back to me with your model number? I just want to make sure that you have a device that supports 3D Creator. You can find the model number in Settings > System > About phone.
