Can anyonen in SE tell me if the Slider problem on Zylo Phones has been classified as a KNOWN PROBLEM or is everybody here just noting it for their records and ignoring what's going on I have an ongoing dispute with a service provider and need to know as they have blamed me for damaging the phone deliberately, the vproblem I have is that the phone goes to blankscreen if opened or left for more that 5 mins or if I try to power up with slide open the screen goes fuzzy and eventually blank.
