Zylo screen not posting

hey, my zylo phone recently started acting up. once i turn it on the screen's backlight turns on, the keypad lights up however the screen stays black. and doesnt post any images.

anyone had the same problem?

Same here, I am on my second Zylo now as the first one was replaced with the same problem and both broke around the 3/4 month mark. Really not good enough.

And same here too.  Reading all replies above I just decided not to waste time with trying to uppdate (and how update a black screen by the way??) The nice fellow at the retailer confirmed my black screen was a common problem. And happy I was, a common wellknown problem sounds easy to handle I thought... 

Sounds more than rude though to me, keeping your phone for two-tree months!! What on earth are they doing with our phones there you think?

They only took 1 week for me to repair. But since I could not find the guarantee I had to pay an extra 40 Euros...

I send my phone Zylo to repair at the service center Singapore bishan once and now it happens again the screen turns black it seems that the repairing is futile and i am very dissapointed i tried switching off and on my phone didnt work .Tried updating didnt work too. I am utterly upset too.

Are you using the original battery and the original charger with the phone? If not, please do.

If you are I recommend you have a word with the local support team on this matter.

I am using the original charger and orignal battery but i do not have the usb cable when i bought the phone so i am using my friends usb cable to connect and update. I will have a word with the local support team on this matter but i hope this can be solved once and for all

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!

AND I GUESS THAT'S THE REASON!!!

THE PROBLEM IS IN THE SCREEN CABLE(WHATEVER ITS NAME.).

I WONDER IF I CAN BUY IT SOMEWHERE NEARBY??
