Zoom & Unzoom

I have sony xperia z1.I am not able to zoom photos by double tapping on the screen whenever i open an image in albums app.
double tap zoom is OK if I open an image with photo app.
this problem has occurred since i updated my phone to kitkat 4.4.2.
So tell if this is a software problem or some problem in settings.this problem still exist after i upgraded the Album app to 6.1.A.0.14 version.
If this is a setting problem please tell me how to rectify it,also give me the settings for choosing a default program to open images an videos.

There is one more thing,whenever i take an image from the camera,in the preview there is no option to delete the photo,in order to delete it i have to open albums.
Please reply ASAP.

I think you should try settings-apps-all-look for the app you set for video,clear defaults.

As for zooming,are you sure it works only with photos app?

As I mentioned in the earlier message,double tap zoom/unzoom works fine with Photos app,but it is not working for Album app.This is happening after android update to kitkat.

If you have any solution ,Pease recommend.

Try settings-apps-all-album,force stop and clear data.

I have Z1,no problem with double tap.Try to uninstall updates for album.
