Zi speaker volume

My new Z1 has inconsistant speaker volume, both the ring and notification volume.

It just switchs between high and low volume for no reason. I suspect there is some

defects with the speakers. Does anyone has the same problem?

What is your firmware version? Because the older version (before .757) had this problem with the speakers.

The 14.3.A.0.757 fixed it though.

Have you checked the firmware update using sony PC companion ? if you didn't update it to the latest one you will for sure gonna have this issue ! check it and let us know !

I have ANdroid version 4.4.2 with software build version 14.3.A.0.681 but it won't update.  Phone Xperia Z1 Compact says it already has the latest version.  Any help appreciated.  The low tones are a nuisance.

its the old one ,the new one is 14.3.A.0.757

did you checked the update by using sony PC companion ?
