z5p wifi problem

my english not good so i will tell u my problem in simple way

my house have 2 floor, router put at the 1st floor living room, 30m download / 10m upload

my z5p at living room, wifi signal good, download & upload average full speed

but once i go up to 2nd floor, wifi signal also good, but download speed become 0.1-0.2m, but upload speed remain 10m

before i changed to z5p, my iphone, samsung, motorola, lenovo all also no problem, no matter 1st floor or 2nd floor also full speed

i've done to reformat my phone, reset my router, but SAME !!!

i'm just brought the phone less than a month, can SONY help me?

could you test the device in safe mode?

while on the 2nd floor, how far is the router?

never try safe mode b4, but my phone totally new, i did once reformat also, i dont think is third party apps problem

and the router to 2nd floor i think less than 10m
