Z5C loudspeaker issue

Hey,

Only the top speaker on my Z5C seems to be working... The bottom one no sound comes out, only had it since May. Diagnostic doesn't check for both speakers, what can be done?

try to boot on safe mode

does both speakers work?

another way is to enter the service menu

go to dialer, dial *#*#service#*#* ( in numbers) go to  service test and find left or right speakers
