I bought a Z5 Premium from Amazon and got it in the US. The phone arrived in original packing, but the headphone port does not work. I have tried many headphones with it with no luck. If I shove it and jiggle it and wiggle it, one of the headphones work for a small duration but then stops. If I use soundabout, then I can force audio to the audio port. If I enable soundabout to detect whether headset is plugged in or not, then it doesnt detect headset. I have disabled that detection feature. It is awful to have a $700 phone and now i cant use headset !! Anyone...any suggestions...please help...I have tried soft reset, hard reset, uninstalling smart connect ...and many different solutions provided....nothing works. HELPPPPP

The worst part is that there is no warranty on it 😞 . Its an international seller ..so pretty much its $700 down the drain ...
Phone reset is complete...Keeping fingers crossed...going to turn it on now
Did not work :-((( . I plugged in a very old headset and it worked. The new headset which came with phone, nor the ones I got from Samsung is not being recognized. The one which worked is the one in which the pin has 2 rings..The ones with 3 rings is not working ! I dont know what is wrong with this phone ,,,:smileysad:
Im having the same issue. I was using ym phone and it just turned off automatically and is now unresponsive! Phone is only 3 weeks old!!
