Z5 dual, Reddish screen colour

I bought my new Xperia Z5 Dual yesterday after changing from Xperia Z5 premium dual. The first time to use it today and its screen is Reddish specially with white colour.
Is this normal??
As thisissue was not on the premium version although on the Internet both phones specs are identical.

Settings > display > white balance

Still after adjusting white balance it is giving a reddish colour, plus this is the default white colour.

I had 2 problems with the device,
1. Reddish screen.
2. choosing between SIM cards while dialing no. is not appearing.
I have tried fixing through PC companion as advised earlier.
The result is:
1. Non of my issues were fixed.
2. I lost all my data and settings and can't restore it to the phone althpugh I have it backed up before fixing with PC companion.
So basically I started with 2 problems before using PC companion, and now I have 3 problems after using it.

Seriously, a big disappointment from SONY phones, that I used to adore in the past and they used to work like nothing else.
So terrible phones, terrible customer service, useless customer support - just writing useless advice - I'm wondering why is SONY still there in the market. I seriously regret not buying any of the rivals.
