Z5 camera not working

hello

i got an xperia z5 for the best camera, like sony says. and the camera is not like in the commercial/

i try to take a picture of something moving or even something stil but the frame always is a sec after

thats not good.

what to do? thats not all, i try to take several pictures by pressing faster (like iphone and samsung) and its not working. there is always a delay and because of that i dont get the frame i want/

please help, that maked me verry dissapointed

Thank u for the help, i tried now some features but still its not like the comercial says.

i need it to be like it says, when i press the take photo icon, imediatly it takes the photo not a sec after. can u help me with that?

Are you using it on Auto or Manual mode?

i tried every mode, in the morning, midday and night.

standing stil and moving. at the beach and in the desert.

its not raining here yet so that mode i didnt try. manual and auto. i even downloaded some other camera app from the play store and its the same.

u own a sony phone? how its your camera?

I use the Xperia X Performance. It takes great photos.

It is difficult to identify if there is an issue with your phone. Are you able to upload an example video?

Also, do you have an SD card in your phone and are your photos being immediately stored to SD? If so, be aware that SD card is usually slower than the internal storage and that might be part of the issue.

im sorry, my english is not that good. maybe i am not expresing myself right.

its taking a sec to capture the frame. so if the frame is stil then its fine. but if i take a picture of my kid, i always miss the moment

thats the problem. i press to take the photo and after a sec it capture it.
