I just saw from Sony z5 compact 360 video like VR ( when rotating phone u rotate the video ) in 4k. So is it possible for me too to make video like that?

Yes you can but its not 4K, because google restricts this, so you can only watch videos on 1080p

I don't think you can unless you use 2 phones, I'll test this and report back.

For the best results, encode your video at a high resolution and according to YouTube's advanced specifications. YouTube currently supports 360 degree videos with 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, or 60 frames per second. We recommend uploading 16:9 aspect ratio stitched videos in 4K (3840x2160) resolution.

Apart from the above mentioned cameras, 360 degree videos can also be created using custom camera rigs and third party stitching software like Kolor Autopano.
