Z3 Stamina Mode still doesn't turn back on mobile data after lollipop 5.0.2

Hi,I had this issue with my Z3 on Kitkat, did the clearing of the stamina mode app in all apps and re-enabled and rebooted, and now still not fixed on lollipop 5.0.2. I even used PC Companion and also reset all in backup and restore and shut off google app data backup restore. If I go in a underground subway with no service and come out it sometimes, not always, has all my cell bars but doesn't say 4G or any type of data, just the bars. I need it to know when I turn my screen on to enable mobile data. Thanks!

No, mine has nothing to do with wifi or low battery mode or quick settings.

It's when I go underground on the train. It will go back and forth at stations being on lte, 2g and in between nothing. When I come out of trains a lot it has mobile data off completely even after unlocking.
