Z3 Screen Detached

Hi everyone,

I'm using Z3.My screen detached from upside of the case, like in this post:

Problem is the same, and i contact with my local service (btw i m in Turkey and local service called KVK). But they said my phone is out of warrant because i have scratches on my phone case. Scratches are here: http://imgur.com/a/8Ai5i . My local service said because of these scratches, my phone is out of warranty and they cant fix screen (they know these issues are not related). I contacted with Sony Turkey Xperia Care Customer Relations and they are said, services is right so they will not fix my phone with very rude manner. So thanks sony for leaving me with an useless phone(because when i call, my screen stuck at black screen and i cant end any call) and for rude customer represants.

It looks bent slightly too tbh

Its because angle of the photo imho. Because I wanted to show detached screen. Local service checked the phone only found detached screen and scratches. If they said i bend the phone and this situation leads to this detach problem, i can agree with them and dont make any problem about it.

I agree with @Viridis it looks slightly bent, you could place it on a flat surface and check but this is only your Local support can assist you with
