Hi I literally have no idea how to ask a question on this forum, so I thought I'd reply to this.
Can anyone please help me?! I recently bought myself the Sony Xperia Z3, everything has been fine, except just very recently when I am trying to send a message the keys overlap! For example when I try to press the letter J it actually selects the H and the K keys.
I thought it might be because of my screen protector, so I took it off. Still no difference, then I thought jeez is it my thumb thats too big for the keys?! But no I sat for a while carefully trying to press the J key and still no J! But when I turn the phone over on its side, its absolutely fine.
I also thought it might have something to do with the predictive language, but I started to realise that when I locked the phone and went to unlock it ( having a pincode) when typing my pin the keys overalapped there too!
Please help me????
Hi,I have moved your post here,in the correct section. Can you check if your problem still occurs in safe mode?

Hi i contacted Sony and they gave me instructions to manually reboot the phone via a PC Companion. But that didn't work, so I took it back to the o2 shop and it has been sent off for repair. Then received a message today saying they're sorry the phone cannot be fixed and they're sending me a replacement. I think there was a dead spot on the touchscreen. Something I assume couldn't be fixed by rebooting it.
Thanks for getting back to me though!
Great,at least you got a replacement.
