Z3 Dual 3G/LTE Network Problem

It’s been more than a week since I bought my Z3 Dual. I just experience a day connecting to 3G network after that I can’t connect to 3G and especially to LTE network. Can detect 3G and LTE network but can’t select it. It always says “Could not connect to network now. Please try again later.”

Is this a hardware problem or just misconfiguration? Please advise.

This is my current settings under mobile networks:

SIM 1:

                Network Mode: LTE preferred/WCDMA/GSM

                Search mode: Automatic

SIM 2:

                Network Mode: GSM only

                Search mode: Automatic

Could be a network issue so best to contact your network and check with them

I bought z3 6653 and having same problem. Can not access network data and the signals are very weak.

Try removing both sims clean them and put them back in and boot your phone. Contact your internet provider.

Hello did anyone solve this problem? I have a d6633 with the same problem. It connected for a day or so to 3g and now It only can detect the signals but cannot connect. No problem with the two SIM tested on another nano SIM smartphone. Thanks

same problem, i changed my sim card and it work perfectly now.

Not in my case.. I tried 4 different SIM cards (native nano SIM cards too) all working on a nexus 5.. I can't understand.. It detects the network.. But can't connect..

I had the problem, it was solved by the following:
1 if you use only 3G, choose 3G is preferred network. Same if you use LTE.
2 try to detect the network manually and not automatically..
Device works fine since then.

Hello and thank you for your help. I try to manually select the 3G network but i receive the error message "could not connect to network, try again later"
I a few cases It connects but if you try to call the number it's not available, i does not connect to the internet and cannot call.
