z3 compact help

Help my z3 compact did a big update a couple of days ago and now when I ring someone as soon as the answer my call ends! When they phone me it's fine.. I've done a diagnostic and every thing is working but it doesn't give the option to check out going calls why would this be happening it's so frustraiting people think I'm hanging up on them when they answer

My phone is letting me call people but hangs up as soon as they answer???

Settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart your phone > check if that works

I'm assuming that you are using the preloaded phone app and not a third party app?

Hi all thanks for reply how embarrassing I checked my bill date and I'd missed payment by a day so payed my bill and it was fine so I'm assuming that was why it wouldn't let me call even though I could call till they answered I'm assuming it was my network provider letting me know my bill was due haha strange thing I could still text and phone though
