Z3 Compact crashes have to restart

Hi All

Have a Z3 compact and after lollipop upgrade the phone crashes (screen pixalates and then fades out) you sometimes can push the power button and it will start (then crash anywhere between 30 seconds and 5 minutes) I get all sorts of errors like camara not responding and all kinds of com.google errors. Have tried pc campanion reinstall, factory reset and safe mode. No additional apps installed. It gets freakin hot if left on & drains the battery within the day if left in stand by. The phone is only 3 months old and I did the over the air install at first but when it started playing up I did the pc companion install. It was working great on kitkat. Anyone else having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

This is totally different than factory reset or normal PC Companion update.

Hi, downloaded and used the pc companion and it was different than the other one. But it crashed after about 2 minutes, only got as far as getting to the home screen and then it crashed again. Tried in safe mode, it crashed again. Weird how this has all happened immediately after lollipop upgrade.
