Z3 Compact car bluetooth dropping out

Hi there,

I have only had my compact for around a week after it cracked the day I bought it. So it hasn't impressed me yet.

The problem I have encountered is with the car bluetooth. Whenever I listen to music it will drop out every 2 minutes exactly, but only the audio stops. The song continues to play before the audio returns within a couple of seconds. This issue only occurs with my car radio (Pioneer MXT-X366BT) as I have used the phone on other bluetooth speakers without a problem. I have also used and LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy S2 with this radio without any problems.

Does anyone have any answers for this annoying problem?

Which android version do the other phones have?

The LG G3 was running Android 4.4.2 and the S2 was running 4.3. I have read some other posts on these forums about the same issue but it only seems to occur with pioneer players. I wish sony could fix this.
