Z3 Compact Camera Focus

Hi there

I recently had my Z3 Compact repaired after it was accidentally dropped when someone attempted to mug me, the service I received was brilliant!  Thank you very much Sony for the first class service!

Everything seems to be working fine except my camera, it will not focus in auto mode or manual.  My colleague at work has the same phone and his works fine, we have gone through the settings and compared them.  I have even done a full factory reset but still the issue remains, it was working OK before it got sent off for repair.

Has anyone else had issues with their camera's not focusing?  Am I going to need to log another repair case?

Maybe there is a small grains between camra lenses so the phone trying to focus on them instead of your target. or focus mechanism have defected from falling.
You should return it back to service center as quick as possible. In my country they give a limited time to complain about repairs.
