Z3 closed and not opened

Hi my phone is closed when %64 charge i tried but not open then i put the dock and opened still have %64 charge. What is the problem? Why it is closed? Help

Can you charge the phone just using a cable connected to the wall charger?

Try a force shutdown by pressing power button and volume up at the same time.Turn it back on.

My dock is orijinal. why have done like this what is problem

So the phone can charge when you don't have the dock connected? If that's the case it's obviously the dock that is broken.

3rd party app maybe? Any number of reasons why android crashed.
