Z3+ camera save location

Hi there

I would like a little bit of help regarding my new phone I am trying to take and save pictures on the Z3+ but it either comes up with an error message, save the picture then deletes it after, or shows a broken picture image to say it's faulty in some way this is on both phone and Memory Card

Any suggestions

Settings > apps > camera > memory > clear data > restart the phone

if your phone it's running on lollipop

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone 

If that doesn't work > boot in >>> safe mode and report back

I have tried clearing it that didn't work
Well sort of worked they save to phone but not memory card
But how do I boot in safe mode

if you follow the steps >>> safe mode you will see a second menu

Sorry but I've tried my volume button works fine but I don't get a second menu with the memory card in

Press and hold the power button > you will get a pop up menu > long press > shut down > remove the finger > you should be able to see the new pop up menu
