z3 Camera quick shot button not working

Hi. I´m trying to use quick shot button with my Z3. Bought 2 days ago. I can feel to different "clicks" and on the first click it focusec pic but with the second it does nothing. It doesn´t open camera software when it is turned of. I have quick laund enabled so that ain´t the problem. Starting to feel that have to go to repair shop with this

Open the camera > menu > settings > quick launch

Quick launc is enabled. Quick launc is on Start. I tried also Start and take photo(translated from finnish) option with no luck

Are you pressing the button all the way down, keep in mind that the physical camera button is a 2 step button

I have pressed the button so I can feel to steps. I´ve pressed the button to bottom and I can see that it focuses on first step but when I press more it does nothing even I feel second step.

That's odd, how about 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > check again

Do you have a protective case?

No.

Tested different settings and got the volume button to work as quick laund button but the proper button is still not working
