Z2 Stereo speakers problem

Hello

I've encountered an issue with my Xperia Z2: the top speaker is relatively louder than the bottom one and the sound coming from it overpowers the other's which kinda affects my experience with watching movies or playing musics.

btw I've dropped my phone once 2 months ago but that doesn't seem to have damaged any part of the phone apparently.

I'd be so thankful if anybody could give me an idea on my problem

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the speakers

Man I've diagnosed my phone and it passess the test in which it says "do you hear sound from both speakers?"

but the problem is inequality of the sound coming from the speakers

You could contact your Local support to get it inspected.

Same happens with my Z2 too...
But in my phone the down speaker is little louder than the up one... But it is hardly noticable....
Is it a hardware issue ?

Can you check your device for dirt in the membrane?

No there is no dirt... I keep my Z2 clean
