Z2 Smart Phone Touch Screen Issue

Hi, is there anyone here experience after you took photos in the swimming pool using sony xperia z2 smart phone, your touch screen not response at all? Can you help me how to fix this problem?

If it doesn't work at all, contact your local Xperia Care and request a vacuum test

If you are using a protective case and/or film, remove them and dry the screen, does it work? if it doesn't then follow the above steps.

I've try what you advice but still not working

Is the screen cracked or did you firmly closed all the flaps?

open all the flaps > remove the SIM and SD cards > get a bowl with rice > leave it in for one or two days, make sure to turn off the phone

There is no crack. Thanks for the advice. The only problem is the touch screen after I use it underwater, the touch screen is not working or no response at all. But the camera is working properly, and I try to charge and it's charging.

restart the phone and check again, either by pressing power & volume up for few seconds or open the SIM card port and there should be a button, that you can press to restart your phone.
