after 1 year and 03 months my set is dead.and the service centre says it repair cost around Rs. 28000.00.Very horrible experiance from Sony.

I'm sorry about your experience but each case is different and you haven't said what happened to your phone
it got screen problem ,the screen was black but except that everything was perfect.
Was the phone under warranty? was the issue due to a drop/hit, water damage, etc?
What has to be fixed?
