z2 screen and sensitivity

My z2 screen seems to be really sensitive it clicks on apps i avnt askd to open it also puts letters in to txt msgs asif the the screen sticks amd adds the same letter over an over also my screen go black an nothink will work so i have to restart the phone

Do you have a screen protector applied?

Yes i have the tempered glass screen protector of the front of the screen

Remove it,after that it should be better.

Hi, will be interesting to see if taking the 'Glass Screen Protecter' off makes a difference as i was going to purchase/fit one soon as they seem better than the standard plastic thin film ones.

Had heard there was a problem a while back with this issue but it was resolved by one of the software updates......

No was not screen protector what was causing the problem, it was a problem within the phone its self taking it back to be replaced, thanks anyways
