Z2 not recognized by any PC

Please help, no PC I try recognizes my Z2 when plugged in with a USB cable. It does not even charge and gives message that it does not recognise the device and something is wrong with the device. I reset my phone to factory setting at an attempt at fixing this, but it did not work...

Just want to check, have you tested using another USB cable as well?

If so then I'm afraid it seems that your phone is in need of service. I suggest that you contact your Local support for more information on how you can get it examined further at one of our authorised service centers.
