I've problem with the mic. only when ı put the phone between my chick and shoulder. My sound heard intermittently. How can ı fix this?

Does your phone has a protective case or film?

Yes it has a tempered film and case too. While speaking by holding it via my hand there is no problem. IT happens only when ı hold it with öy shoulder. What do you think is it a problem??

I ve tried but nothing has changed. Isn't it intereting that it is only happening when ı hold it üm that way. In fact IT doesn't disturbs me because ı don't use the phone by holding in that way but i want to know why it is so.
