Why is it so grainy ?. On my older phones its not like that. Can't you fix this with a software update? Its really making me want to get a different phone

Could you elaborate? If it's in low light conditions it is normal with a 2megapixels sensor

There are people all over forums everywhere complaining about the same thing. Its nothing new for Sony about this issue. Snapchat is terrible
