Z2 firmware question

Hey,
I would like to ask you whether it is normal tha my current firmware is: 17.1.A.2.55.
I didn't even get 17.1.1.A.0.402 yet for my unbranded Z2 in Poland while another new firmware appeared on PTCRB, I feel like in UK now

My firmware is not even listed on PTCRB, is this normal?
Anyone know when can I expect 17.1.1.A.0.402 to come to my unbranded device in Poland?

I got the same problem. I have an unbranded phone from the Netherlands.
