what are the basic steps or settings that i have to do to get the best photo at night ???

The camera is very bad at night is hardly up to the standard of the five mega pixel camera and the flash light is very weak and the 4k video is not as good as I heard it and I want to know if this flaw industry???

It doesn't solve the actual problem in the software which is so poor for low light
