z2 camera flash issue

hi there,

i bought a z2 few days ago.

i face some problem with my camera flash. when i take photo without flash(flash off), its cool.

but when i take with auto flash mode, the photos isnt clear. pleae checkedout 2 attached photo.

my mobile is uptodate. please help me to fix this problem.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Do you have any cover or similar on the phones backside? In that case, try to remove it and see if you get a better photo. 

Please also note that if you take a picture to close to an object with a blank or white surface the flash may reflect back into the camera. Do you get the same picture quality with the flash if you take a photo from a longer distance or on another object?

Take it to the service centre. It looks like light from the flash is "leaking" into the lense... Maybe the back of the phone wasn't put on properly

hello, my problem is slighty different. the flaslight app from the phone's menu, from the camera menu, or from google market, doesn;t work. however, if i try taking pictures in the dark, the flash will work, but it will only burst once (not twice like any other camera, once for focusing and once for taking the picture), the burst it's so powerfull, that the object or person in front off the camera is just a bright white silhouette. i've sent an e-mail to sony, i tried what they told me: diagnostic, clearing temp. data from camera app, or even software repair with pc companion. nothing works:( any advice about what else should i do? thx!
