Z2 Black out screen during and active call

Hi all

My Z2's screen goes black during active calls and does not come back on unless I press the on / off button.

It seems to work fine in bright sun light but not normal conditions

It does not have a screen protector so this is not the issue and I have checked all the phone settings with no luck and even tried a screen on app ;-(

Go to settings-apps-all,scroll down to InCallUI and tick show notifications.

There might also be a problem with your sensor,if you say bright light will trigger it.

I cannot find the app InCallUI? :'(

That is strange, have you checked the whole list?
