Z1S Not Showing Call Log

Hi, there!  I just purchased my Z1S on 2/21 and the call log has stopped working - it just doesn't show up.  I've already checked the hidden call log setting and the filtered call log settings.  Any suggestions?

Do you have a different phone or notifications app?

I previously had an HTC One, but turned that in for credit on the Z1S.  I haven't downloaded any apps that could effect any phone settings.

What if you repair your phone with SUS or PCC?

Followed the SUS instructions to the point that it told me to turn my phone off for at least 30 seconds, which I did.  Next step was to plug the USB into my phone while holding the down volume button & now my phone isn't turning back on.  Nor is it acknowledging being plugged into a wall USB.  Please note that my battery was 86% charged when I did all this.

That's quite odd, press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds

Nothing.  Its still not turning on or giving any indication of recognition to being plugged into either my computer or the wall USB.

Try settings-apps-all-phone,clear data.Restart.

I can't.  My phone will not turn on now.

Connect to wall socket,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).
