z1 vibrator error

my z1 (and some case on google i have searched )show some error on vibrator (have some zzz sound when vib). When i used the last version of androd it's fix. And on 13/4 we have new version of android 5.0 i updated and the error with vibrator come again :(( what can i do to downgrade
