Z1 turn down ring volume by it selv

My Z1 has begun turning down the ring volume by it selv.

From 75% (my choice) to silent in about 3 hours.

No matter how often i turn it back up it goes back down.

I have tried to reset the phone to factury setings but that did not work.

Pls help. I need to be able to hear my phone.

Maybe there's an app that messes up with system.

Try booting to safe mode

Press and hold power button > Tap and hold POWER OFF > Tap OK to reboot to safe mode

See if theres any difference and to exit safe mode just restart normally

Post here for any changes occured at safe mode

So there you have it. A third party app is causing the problem.

Try uninstalling any apps that boost phone/cleans up/frees ram/controls calling ability apps.

If that doesnt solve it,then theres might other recent app you installed,that you need to uninstall
