Z1 touch problem

Bought Z1 in 2013 November. After 3 weeks touch started do not work properly after being little warm.

Test one time show this problem, that do not work all the time, next time test show everything ok. In Sony center in my country workers do not see it. What is the problem with? Maybe problem with quality of phone? What to do? Sony center can`t help, where to go/to who write? Or it is normal for phone?

Please help!

It is not right for the touch to stop working when the phone gets a little hot.Are you using any lock screen apps,task killers etc?

No.

The problem is that touch screen understand quick touches, but long line making with finger (on a half of a screen) do not understand. I am worry  that I in Sony center workers do not see it. I show them this problem, but nobody agree with that. Also I do not know where to write about it, it is problem and they do not want to replace new one or give back paid money.

Thank you very much! I wrote them! I see that here is the same problem under discuss. 

Hope willm be solved this problem. Because defetc exist, but noone can help in my Sony center. They do not see it (testing 15 minutes) and sent me go home (((

Have you spoken with your local Xperia Care team regarding this? They may be able to assist in arranging further assessment of your phone.

alot of people around the world including me is having the same problem. even the latest .136 firmware doesnt solve the issue.

have already hightlight to Rickard. pls let us know is this 14.2.A.1.142 firmware fixed the problem? when will it be released?

the problem have since last year october, but yet today, its been 4 months. THE ISSUE IS STILL THERE! 

and i cant play my game properly! i cant surf the web properly!

Thank you for your answer! Yes, I show this problem, then I gave to my local sony center, they gave back and said that they do not see this problem, just update it. Of course problem exist till this day. Then I gave back to my local Sony center and wrote document that I want new phone or refund of money. They sent to repair center - NOT SONY and they also did not see the problem.

Now I do not know what to do and to who write about that kind of problem what made my local Sony center. They did not fix the problem, did not give my written answer, not certified worker made just updating the phone. I do not have words how I am "surprised".
