z1 problem last update

hey. I Z1 sony xperia user. Android 4.4.2 update my phone's fault within a period of continuous live. My phone is constantly slowed down. Applications can not close. The camera takes a long time compared to the past. It slowed down my phone with the latest update. Charging relied on less than a day. Now even 12 hours is not enough. Just ends. In some applications the reverse (back) when we press the application icon does not turn off. Phone slows down and freezes constantly. My phone has become a very bad situation. I will use almost'll sell. Android 4.4.2 is very bad. I wish I had not done the update. I regret it. Please help me.

Had the new update today and with all the other issues it has also wiped my SD card,and my music,I know the card was fine up until the new update and as I had an original Sony SD card then it should have been ok.But  I have nothing on it now,it wont even be recognized when I try to use it on my laptop,i have tried numerous things to reboot the card but its been destroyed as far as I can see.

Sony here is an idea try asking the paying customers what they want instead of just chucking the updates out there

Last night i updated my z1 firmware to 4.4.2 . Bt i am facing some problem.my phone gets overheatd while doing normal work. And its taking hours to charge.. Phns btry also drained fastly. Stock android was pretty good. I dont think so sony ezperimented 4.4 firmware. My friends also facing a same problem. Please suggest some solution or any updation on upgraded firmware. Its a very serious problem.
