I bought brand new Xperia Z1, but it doesn't charge. Is this factory defective? Please help me!

Are you using the charger that came with the phone? For how long have you charged your phone?

You can try to press the OFF button and see if the phone starts to charge:

Hello,

I got brand new z1. It isn't charged and charging light is off.

But when I plug in wall charger or computer, battery isn't lowering. USB is working OK. Phone is up to date.

I have tried "power button+ vol up for 30 sec" but it didn't help.

Help me guys
