Z1 music syncing issues with windows computer

I use a Windows 7 laptop and have recently purchased a Z1 and have a 64GB memory card, I have tried transfering my music library onto it, put I am constantly getting "cannot play song" message.  No matter which way I try to transfer the music (direct through the memory card plugged into my laptop, through USB transfer, through the Media Go software) I still get the same message.  All the files are legally owned/purchased and mp3 format.  The weird thing is that after the transfer, the music plays on the phone and through Media Go, but as soon as the phone is disconnected (using the "eject" function in Media Go) the error message appears the next time I try to play the music, please help as this is extremely frustrating.

Are you transfering the music or simply creating a shortcut to the location on your Pc

If you don’t mind me asking, where did the music come from originally? The reason I ask is because this is the kind of issue I would expect to see from certain forms of DRM. The music can play when the two devices are connected because the file still has access to the DRM key but not when you disconnect the devices.

it's not a problem with DRM, some of the music on my phone that has successfully transfered is from iTunes, some that will not transfer properly has been from owned CD copies that I have
