Z1 Mobile Sound problem

Hi

I have a Z1 but the sound when I connect the headphones , only go out from one side of the headphones ( i already tried several HP)

anyone had this problem ?

Have you tried cleaning the 3.5 mm jack opening with a cotton swab?Or go to settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data and retry.
