Z1 is not charging and booting

When I plug it in electric power red LED lights and remains constant

After a while it turns on the screen without pressing anything, the sony logo appears and then the battery logo. The screen goes black and if I press the power button, the battery logo comes back but it doesn't rise.

When I press volume up + power button it vibrates 3 times but nothing happens after

When I connect the pc recognizes it as "E: \" and I'm not able to use flashtools because it doesnt recognze.

I've left on the charger for 16 hours and nothing has changed

Could anybody help me please? Folded_Hands

You will have to take it to a Sony repair center

Do you know what the problem may be and if it's expensive to fix?

charge your phone again and then try SUS, that might work, with SUS  your phone has to be off

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Alternatives on How to backup Xperias

the problem is that it is not being charged and recognized by the pc as it should be.

It's the same
The SUS doesn't detect

The phone almost boot right now
It showed that blue presentation screen and after that turned off

During this PC companion detected the phone

It happened after I pressed vol down + power and waited 1 minute

what if you connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds or more > let it charge for 2 or 3 hours then try again with SUS

I'm sorry, you have to stop by a Sony repair center, I don't know how much they will charge you or if they will charge you, it might be covered
