Got the phone yesterday. The first thing i did was to connect the charger. When fully charged i turned it on. At first it worked all fine, then it shuts down and reboots with more and more rapid loops. I gave up and let it rest till this morning. Now it wont even react. not a single light when i put in the charger. No reaction what so ever when i press the power on/off button. what do I do now? send it back and demand a new phone?
connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 15 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > repair it with PCC
also do that w/o the SIM and SD cards

Hi LordSnow, welcome to the community!
Follow @Uliwooly's suggestion and if that doesn't work I would suggest taking the phone back to the place of purchase asap.
The red charging light came on when i tried to charge it now. I'll let it charge a couple of hours now then. Crossing my fingers that it'll work out now.
Didn't work out. Got to send it back then...
Still shutting down...
Hi LordSnow, the LED light coming on is a good sign and the software repair is likely to work if it is on. You could try again, otherwise best of luck with speaking to the retailer.
